By registering to use Dating1st.com services, you affirm your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of use and agree to comply with them now and throughout the period of your use of the Dating1st.com services and thereafter.
If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions of use in their entirety, do not use Dating1st services. We reserve the right to change the Terms, at any time. If you do not agree with the following changes, please cancel your membership at any time continent.
Registration and Subscription
You may use the website as a guest or a member. If you wish to have full access to the service you must become an active members and pay the fees available under the payment section.
To become a member, you must register for the service. When you register you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information about yourself, and maintain and update your information further on. It is your responsibility to provide and update us with accurate, current and complete information.
When you register to Dating1st’s services you will receive a welcome email – including all necessary information and access to your personal profile. Therefore, it is important upon registration to enter your complete information. We do not verify information in profiles, and we have no control over, we do not take responsibility for the quality, truth, and accuracy of your information.
If you do not receive your login to the portal within 24 hours please contact customer service team via email: contact@Dating1st.com and have your problem solved. Dating1st is not taking responsibility for blocked emails – and it is important you check your spam filter, especially if you use one of the following email clients: Hotmail, Outlook, Yahoo, Gmail and MSN.

We help connecting singles – both locally and globally.
We are trying to create you the best online dating experience, offering different communication tools – messages and chat, allowing you to meet like-minded people. Your experience will combine both fun and excitement and we encourage you to take it.
– You are least 18 years old;
– You create a profile;
– You do not update your profile with false or misleading information or pass yourself as another person;
– You do not use the content that is harmful, abusive, unlawful, threatening, vulgar, obscene, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful or racial, is adult nature, such as any nudity in a sexual context or picture; harm minors; promote or provide illegal activities;
– Your password and login are personal and may not be used by anyone else to access the website;
Payment upon registration
Subscription is usually done by campaigns. Initially, you pay an introductory price between 1-20 EUR for a trial period of 3-days. Hereafter, it will automatically convert into a monthly subscription charged EUR 79. Your subscription renews continuously until you cancel it. You can cancel your subscription at any time convenient, and will have access to the platform until the last day of the billing month.
Your credit card statement will show: “Dating1st”.
Payment to Dating1st
All payments are made through SSL encrypted connections, which ensures maximum safety for the transactions. Dating1st do not store any card information. Professional and certified acquirers handle it. We accept the following cards: VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard and Mastercard Debit.
Complaints to Dating1st
Is Dating1st not what you expected or do you have problems with the website, you must contact us within 3 days of signing up for a campaign. You must write to contact@Dating1st.com where you will get the necessary help. Do you experience on-going problems with the website or complaints on the anti virus service, you must also write to contact@Dating1st.com. We do our best to reply to all inquiries within 48 hours on weekdays. We always recommend contacting customer service by e-mail, so all correspondence can be documented.
Collection of subscription
Subscription for Dating1st is charged 30 days prior to a price of 79 EUR, equivalent to 2,63 EUR per day. Subscription starts at full price the first day after your 3-day trial period and automatically withdraws money every 30 days. If you choose to cancel your subscription in the middle of a pay period, your subscription is still active until your paid period expires. Subscription may be terminated at any time in both member and trial period. In your Dating1st profile you will find your invoice, which is always available online. You can also update your profile here and cancel your subscription, which is also possible via the customer service email: contact@Dating1st.com. All prices include local VAT.
New Credit Card
Are you getting a new card while you are an active member of Dating1st it is important to update your profile with your new credit card information. If we can’t renew your subscription by charging your credit card, we reserve the right to terminate your subscription. If you want to reactivate your subscription, write to customer service on contact@Dating1st.com.
Cancellation of Dating1st
You can cancel your subscription from Dating1st via Customer Service email: contact@Dating1st.com. The subscription will be terminated at the moment the Customer Service Team receives your email. If you are going on vacation or else you can also choose to pause your subscription by writing our customer service. For all inquiries please include your order number, customer number, and full name and email address.
Due to IT delays and authentication processes, it is not possible to cancel it within the first 48 hours of signing up.
Returns at Dating1st
Your purchase of Dating1st is described as a subscription purchase and therefore you have the legal cancellation period of 3 days. You can only cancel your subscription if you have NOT taken your subscription in use within the 3 days. Your subscription will take you into use as soon as you make a purchase at one of our campaigns. Do you want to make use of the right of your cancellation please write immediately after your purchase to our customer service by email: contact@Dating1st.com and inform that you regret your purchase and wants to exercise the right of cancellation. Customer services will then help to cancel your subscription. All members start with a trial of 3 days. Within this period it is possible to cancel the subscription before it continues at full price. Payment for subscriptions is non-refundable, as the service is used immediately after purchase.
Customer service at Dating1st
Customer service is available by email and phone. You can contact us by email: contact@Dating1st.com as well as by phone: +xx xxx. See the contact page for opening hours. We try to reply to all inquiries within 48 hours on weekdays. Customer Service keeps completely closed during public holidays. For customer service by phone, there may be delays and can be conducted in either English or Danish. Our customer service is well trained in our systems and can help you with everything from promotions, products or cancellation of subscriptions. If there are questions the individual customer service representative is not able to answer, another employee will get back to you as soon as possible with answers to your inquiry.
Your profile picture is the most important picture on your profile. It is the first impression and the desire for more. Therefore we have some simple rules to follow, which will both benefit you and the rest of the dating community.
Your profile picture must:
– Be an up-to-date picture of your self, and not include other persons.
– Not contain any logos or links to other websites.
– Be an everyday picture and cannot be of sexual character.
Messages and chat
It is not allowed to use the chat / messaging service to commercials or promote products or services. The result of such use will result in a permanent ban of your profile and an immediately termination of your subscription.
Please use a decent language when you are contacting people. If you are reported for offensive or discriminatory language you will get a warning, and for several violations your profile will be blocked.
You can create public albums on your profile, so other members can browse through your pictures. For the public albums your picture must apply to following rules:
– No logo / links to other websites.
– No sexual or naked content – neither of you or anyone else.
– No violent or threatening content or content that contains illegal items or behaviour.
All pictures that does not apply to the conditions above will be removed without notice.
Please note that you as the user own all uploaded content. If you delete a picture it will be stored in our server backup for maximum 14 days, and then deleted with no possibility to restore it.
